Gary Barlow has given some advice to Harry Styles amid further speculation that he may leave One Direction.

The singer is constantly linked with quitting the 'Kiss You' group, but the rumours are regularly rubbished.

However, Take That man Barlow gave some advice to Styles in The Sun in light of the gossip.

He told the young star to make the most of his time in the band, who are doing "amazing".

The former X Factor judge said: "There will be rows in a band, but you’re brothers. They might be close sometimes and sometimes not, but it’s part of the foundations. The boys have to take care of one another and look after one another. You’re having an amazing run and it’s brilliant. You can’t walk away from that. Why would you?”

He added: "Whenever I’ve met [One Direction], they seem incredibly adult about the whole thing. If there’s any suggestion of trouble, they need to hang on in there. It’s way too early to be thinking about splitting up."
