'Glee' actor Jacob Artist, who plays the role of Jake Puckerman on the hit U.S. musical series, has revealed that the cast are really keen to get Beyoncé involved because they're all huge fans. 

Speaking to Digital Spy at today's (March 7) We Day red carpet at London's Wembley Arena, he confessed that they all really want to perform songs by the 'Halo' superstar on the show and hope to approach her for permission:

"I would love if she did it. She's the number one performer right now. We should approach her... we'll figure it out."

He also opened up about the death of Cory Monteith, adding that it has been a trying year for the entire cast: "Of course it affected all of us differently, but I think just being all together and being in an environment that he loved has made the whole healing process a lot easier. It's been good."

Of Monteith's girlfriend, Lea Michele, he added: "She's so incredibly strong. She's doing great."
