	  <title><![CDATA[Whoopi Goldberg to return to Glee]]></title>
	  <description><![CDATA[<p>Whoopi Goldberg has been confirmed as one of the returnees for the fourth series of <a href="/pg/newsdesk/glee" target="_self">Glee</a>.</p>
<p>The Sister Act star, who appeared as New York Academy of Dramatic Arts dean Carmen Tibideaux, played a pivotal part in the climax of the third season when she auditioned both Rachel (Lea Michele) and Kurt (Chris Colfer).</p>
<p>Now, the Hollywood Reporter has announced that she will be reprising her role for the new series, which starts its run in the US on Thursday Sept 13.</p>
<p>The Glee Project season one winner Samuel Larsen and Alex Newell will also be back as the religious Joe Hart and cross-dresser Wade/Unique respectively, while the talent show&rsquo;s most recent winner, Blake Jenner, will make his debut in the fifth episode.</p>
