The Sister Act star, who appeared as New York Academy of Dramatic Arts dean Carmen Tibideaux, played a pivotal part in the climax of the third season when she auditioned both Rachel (Lea Michele) and Kurt (Chris Colfer).

Now, the Hollywood Reporter has announced that she will be reprising her role for the new series, which starts its run in the US on Thursday Sept 13.

The Glee Project season one winner Samuel Larsen and Alex Newell will also be back as the religious Joe Hart and cross-dresser Wade/Unique respectively, while the talent show’s most recent winner, Blake Jenner, will make his debut in the fifth episode.
