The cast of hit musical series 'Glee' have opened up about what's to come on the show and Jayma Mays, who plays school counsellor Emma Pillsbury, admitted that she has a surprising kiss scene coming up.

Her character is set to lock lips with former McKinley student turned Glee club coordinator Finn Hudson, played by Cory Monteith, and she explained that she was shocked to read it in the script:

"I had no idea it was coming! (I was) reading the script and I went, 'What?!' It was kind of weird. She (Emma) was in such a frenzy and I felt like he was doing it because he thought, 'OK, this is going to help.' I feel like it made sense in a crazy sort of 'Glee' way."

Meanwhile, Lea Michele (who is Rachel Berry on the show) explained that despite her character getting into a new relationship with NYADA student Brody, there is still chemistry with Finn:

"I don't know, they're kind of young. She's still like 17 or something! I think that they'll always be on-again, off-again. I think that the end result is what everybody wants."
