No Doubt sensation Gwen Stefani has praised Rihanna, who recently worked alongside her as a guest adviser on 'The Voice', and revealed that she is inspired by her style. 

Speaking to Too Fab, Stefani admitted that having the Bajan beauty on set was a lot of fun and she thinks it would be great to have Rihanna join the team permanently if a spot became open:

"I loved working with her. I loved working with her and I loved looking at her. So I wouldn't mind looking at her all day. But yeah, it would be fun. It would be so different to have another girl. I would miss the other guys though. It's crazy, the chemistry that I think we have is so good and I can't imagine it any other way."

As previously reported, Stefani also opened up about her sudden burst of creativity and confessed that she has been writing a lot lately: "I'm literally writing like I've never written, I think ever. Every time I go in the studio -- which I don't have a lot of time in my life -- so when I've gone in, every single time I have written a song. I have close to 10 songs, which doesn't sound like a lot, but it's over a very short amount of time. It's never happened."
