Jason Derulo's 'Want To Want Me' debuts at No. 1

Jason Derulo has gone straight to the top of the UK chart with his latest single ‘Want To Want Me’.

‘Want To Want Me’ is the American star’s fourth chart-topping single in the UK with ‘Talk Dirty’, ‘Don’t Wanna Go Home’ and ‘In My Head’ being his previous No. 1 hits.

A combined sales chart figure of 127,000 ensured Jason soared to the peak of the chart and was also the most purchased song of the week.

OMI’s ‘Cheerleader’ has been the most streamed song of the past seven days but has now been demoted to the No. 2 spot.

‘Where Are U Now’ by Skrillex and Diplo featuring Justin Bieber has risen two places to No. 3. ‘See You Again’ by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth is down two to No. 4. Taylor Swift falls one place to No. 5 with ‘Bad Blood’ featuring Kendrick Lamar.

As well as Jason Derulo, further new entries to this week’s chart come from Martin Garrix and Usher at No. 9 with ‘Don’t Look Down’, the winning Eurovision track ‘Heroes’ by Mans Zelmerlow at No. 11, and ‘New York Raining’ by Charles Hamilton and Rita Ora debuts at No. 30.
