JLo on 'Big Booty' song: 'The title seemed so dumb at first'

'American Idol' judge and singer Jennifer Lopez has confessed that she originally didn't want to record the track 'Big Booty' because she thought the title was ridiculous.

Speaking to Ryan Seacrest, the beauty admitted that she thought that having a song called that would make her look stupid, but her kids' enthusiastic reactions to it changed her mind: “It was so dumb to me at first. I was like, ‘There’s not way I will ever do a song called ‘Big Booty,’ especially after all the talk over the years about my butt.”

Lopez added that her twins, 6-year-old Max and Emme, loved it from the very first listen:

"I put it in the car… I had Max and Emme in there with me, and they just went crazy for it. The minute it came on, it was like an instant-listen thing… For them, it’s just fun. It made me see we over-think things sometimes, and I don’t want to over-think things. I just want have fun and be happy and make music that makes people happy and feel something.”

The superstar is due to officially release her forthcoming tenth studio album on June 17 although she is yet to announce the record's title.
