Jennifer Lopez suffered a scare at the weekend when she was involved in a car crash.

The singer posted on Instagram that she was in a vehicle when it was struck at traffic lights by an apparent drunk driver.

The incident happened on Saturday (September 27) as Leah Remini drove the car, with Lopez's twins and Remini's daughter in the back.

The singer was seemingly on the way to see Demi Lovato at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

She later posted a photo of her children meeting up with Lovato backstage.
