JLo on infidelity: 'It leaves you feeling like there's something wrong with you'

Songstress Jennifer Lopez has revealed that there's nothing worse than the feeling of despair and insecurity that comes with learning you've been cheated on.

During an interview with British magazine Loaded, the beauty explained that being cheated on often fools you into thinking you are responsible for your partner's infidelity and that really knocks your confidence:

"I've been in relationships where there has been infidelity and you're left to feel like you did something wrong, like there's something wrong with you, you're not enough, all of those feelings that we struggle with. Men and women go through this by the way, it's not just a woman thing."

Lopez, who has been divorced three times now, went onto add that she has finally realised that the way to truly move on from a broken heart is to become better and not bitter:

"After my divorce it was about growing and realising things about myself that I could share with people and realising that life is hard and sh*t happens and it gets bad sometimes but you're going to dance again. You can always succumb to the depression and to the negative and become bitter, or you can become better. I like better than bitter. I always felt kind of sexy. I think I feel more like myself now. I just know myself better and that's sexy."
