Jennifer Lopez reveals the secret to keeping calm and focused

Songstress Jennifer Lopez has revealed that the key to feeling a deep sense of inner calm, for her, is meditation.

Speaking to People magazine, the beauty explained that taking time out to meditate has been a breath of fresh air and she now makes sure that she commits to it twice per day

"Last year, I was doing all three things at that time. I took on meditation. (Putting aside) 20 minutes a day in the morning and at night... was necessary. It was almost like my brain, for the first time in my life, felt like, 'OK, you bit off more than you can chew'." 

Lopez went onto add that her hectic schedule is nothing new and she has always been a “hard worker” so is used to being incredibly busy, but despite often feeling exhausted she is always grateful:

"I've always been a hard worker. To be at a point in my career where I've been in it for 20-something years and be getting the opportunities and me having a moment... where I get to, as an artist, do all the things that I love to do still and on the level that I'm doing them, all of it feels like such a blessing."
