Jessie J has lavished praise on Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande after they reached No.1 in the UK together.

The trio teamed up recently for the track 'Bang Bang', which will feature on the Brit's upcoming album 'Sweet Talker'.

On Sunday (September 28) the blockbuster tune hit No.1 in the UK and this prompted Jessie J to post about their success on Instagram.

She wrote: "Ladies we did it! THANK YOU for being so unbelievably amazing! For holding my hand on this part of my journey!

"I love you both and am so happy for us to share this moment. Number one in the UK BABY!"

The achievement means that Jessie has now had three No.1 singles in the UK, following on from 'Price Tag' and 'Domino'.
