Jessie J undergoes more surgery: 'I'm not any better'

Jessie J has revealed that she has had a second bout of surgery.

The singer informed fans last week that she had an operation undertaken for a mystery condition.

She said it was not related to an existing heart problem she has had since her youth, or her voice.

Writing on Instagram on Monday night (June 29), Jessie J said that she has gone under the knife for a second time.

"Little update for those asking - just had a second surgery. So I won't be posting as much still. I'm not any better but everyday working towards it I love and trust the people around me enough to face my fears of operations even if I need a little push sometimes.

"As I said before I don't want to and won't be talking about what's wrong and what's happened. It's personal. Thank you to those respecting that I'm telling you how I am because some people ask. And with me having to cancel some shows it's fair to those asking where I am that you know I'm in hospital and I haven't just disappeared.

"God bless you all sending love support prayers and well wishes. And as always anyone else going through this and way worse. My prayers are filled up with thoughts of you all."
