Jessie J: 'I don't like being famous, I'm not good at it'

Songstress Jessie J has revealed that being famous is really difficult and she wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Speaking to the audience at the Henley Festival recently, the superstar admitted that it's tough to live life in the public eye and she often struggles with it: "I don't like being famous, I'm not very good at it. I like simple things like cooking and bowling. I like helping people."

Despite not enjoying the fame side of things, the 'Domino' songstress went onto add that she will always love performing: "Every time I step on the stage I never presume or expect it to last forever. I take in each moment as though they are stars - I know that sounds strange, but it's true."

She also took the stage at London's Wireless Festival last weekend and told the crowd that she was there against doctors' orders: "Some of you may know and some of you may not know, I came out of hospital two days ago after two operations last week and the fear is unbelievable. I didn't think I was gonna make it today and I have been told not to be here, but ain't nobody got time for that. I can't miss shows in London."
