Jessie J on leaving 'The Voice': 'I was judging in the chair, but just wanted to sing'

Songstress Jessie J has revealed that she's ready to leave her time as a judge on 'The Voice' in Australia behind her

She appeared on Live! with Kelly earlier today that her priority now is with making and releasing her new album: "I've loved doing the show, I've done four seasons: two in the U.K., two in Sydney, but I just need to make another album."

She went onto add that being a judge was a great experience, but her desire to perform was stronger and she is happy to refocus her attention:

"It's really time consuming and if I'm being honest with you, I get to the point where I'm in the chair and I just wanna sing. I'm sitting there and I want to tell them, 'You have to do it better and I'm trying to coach you, but I just want to make it a duet.' So I know it's time, I had a little bit of a kind of slow down break and now I know I'm ready to write another album."
