Jessie J's bone transplant agony

Jessie J has opened up about the extent of surgery on her broken foot and revealed that she was forced to have a bone transplant.

The 'Who's Laughing Now' hitmaker explained the severity of her condition to The Sun newspaper and admitted that she now has "someone else's" bone in her foot

"I've had to have full reconstruction. I've had my bone taken out and someone else's put in. I hope they were a tap dancer. I don't know when it's going to be fully healed, or if I will ever be able to wear heels again. I'll have to get an endorsement deal with a trainer company."

Despite doctor's orders to sit and rest, she has been unstoppable this summer and performed stunning sets at both V Festival and at the MTV VMAs, but added that the pain can be so intense that she often just breaks down and cries.

"I have days where I sit and cry. It's the hardest thing I've been through. I should have really spent the last three months at home but I couldn't turn down the VMAs and Glastonbury. The doctor keeps telling me to rest but I'm doing another video this week for Dominos."
