Jessie J has hinted that she could give a loved-up couple a special performance at their wedding this weekend.

The Chronicle reports that Sam Slater and Chris Taylor will be tying the knot at the Durham Country Cricket Club on Saturday (July 20).

Despite confirming the venue 18 months ago, they found that Jessie J had been double-booked to perform on the same day.

It seems the bride and groom aren't put off by the prospect, however, and the 'Wild' singer could even give them a special performance. She said:

"I can't wait to be part of Sam and Chris's big day. It's going to be a really special gig and I am very excited about performing. Bring on the first dance!"

Sam Slater commented: "We weren't very happy about it at first, but when we found out it was Jessie J we perked up a bit. In fact, we were ecstatic. When the evening guests come, we have a massive balcony overlooking the stage so they will see the whole concert. It finishes at 10pm so we have a disco booked later. I'm having to wait until 10pm to do my first dance."
