Jessie J has covered Taylor Swift's hit track 'I Knew You Were Trouble' on BBC Radio 1.

The singer was taking part in the station's Live Lounge series today (September 19) as she looks ahead to the release of new album 'Alive' on September 23.

The vocal star put her own spin 'I Knew You Were Trouble' by stripping down the song with acoustic guitar.

She also performed some of her own tracks, including latest single 'It's My Party'.

Tweeting meanwhile after seeing Jessie J perform, Radio 1's Fearne Cotton said: "Watching @JessieJ singing today in the #R1livelounge was captivating. I think its impossible for her to hit a bum note. She's top of her game."
