JLS star Marvin Humes has revealed that he now feels ready to be a father.

The 27-year-old, who recently got married to The Saturdays' Rochelle Wiseman, told Look Magazine that his wife's bandmate, Una, has shown it’s possible to be a pop star and have a family at the same time:

''I'm so excited about becoming a dad, I can't wait. We're both keen to have a big family. And Una has got Aoife so it shows it can work when you're in a band. Hopefully I'll be a dad by the time I'm 30 in three years, or maybe two.''

Humes, whose group is expected to chart inside the Top 5 tomorrow with ‘Hottest Girl In The World,’ then named mutual respect as the key to his and Rochelle’s relationship:

''She's feistier than me - I'm the only who calms her down. But that's what works for us. I respect her and she respects me.''
