JLS singer Oritsé Williams: 'Everyone said this group wouldn't work'

Superstar Oritsé Williams has opened up about the forthcoming end of his group JLS and confessed that he's so grateful for everything he achieved in the band because people told him it was a bad idea from the beginning.

Williams explained to Digital Spy that his band idea was shot down before it had even begun, so the fact that it became a genuine success is so rewarding:

"JLS was an idea that I put together. Everyone said to me that it wouldn't work, everyone said I was wasting my time and seven years of amazing success just proved everyone wrong. It just goes to show that if you have a dream, if you have a vision, if you believe in yourself and you work hard enough, you can make it happen."

Earlier this month, the 'Beat Again' heartthrobs told fans that their forthcoming farewell tour is likely to be very emotional for them all and they're most looking forward to performing "'Proud' because we can hear the fans sing it back to us."
