Jedward power through to Eurovision final

Jedward are through to the Eurovision Song Contest final after impressing in the semis.

The Irish duo performed their track 'Waterline' last night (May 22) in an effort to book their place on the plane to the final in Azerbaijan on Saturday (May 26).

They were indeed successful and will be vying with the likes of the UK's Engelbert Humperdinck and the 'Russian grannies' Buranovskiye Babushki for the Euro crown.

Tweeting about getting to the final, Jedward said:

"Everything we have achieved started with a vision! being in The Eurovision Final is something we are very passionate about! Team Jedward all around the World you are the reason...you are the reason! why we are in the Eurovision Final and we are doing it for you!"

They continued: "We are incredibly honored to be able to Rock the World and we promise you wonderful and fantastical things to come! JEPIC! All around the world jedward fans join together and it makes us happy that we created this huge network of cool people that just get it!"
