Jonas Brothers on shock split: 'We can't leave without giving our fans one last treat'

Pop-rock trio the Jonas Brothers confirmed their split earlier this week and they have now revealed that they can't bow out without giving their devoted fan base one more treat.

During a new interview, the heartthrobs explained that while their upcoming fifth album now won't be released as a result of their decision to disband, they will share some of the new tracks with their followers as a thank you for their unwavering support over the years.

Kevin Jonas said: "The album will actually not be completed, but we will be doing something for our fans. They have travelled with us and been with us for so many years that we did not want to just leave without giving them back something."

"So what we're going to do is, we're going to release four unreleased songs from the album. The rest of the album will be never released."

This surprising news followed a series of turbulent events, which included the group's last minute full tour cancellation and the subsequent deletion of their collective Twitter page
