Justin Bieber DUI case gets trial date

Justin Bieber's driving and DUI case has been given a trial date.

The singer was arrested last month in Miami on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving without a valid licence and resisting arrest.

The case will face court on March 3, with Bieber's team having already issued a not guilty plea.

Prosecutors will file the charges at a formal arraignment on February 14.

It looks set to be a busy March for the 'Believe' man, who will also face court in Toronto that month accused of assaulting a limo driver.

The singer is alleged to have struck the driver on December 30 in the city after being picked up at a nightclub. He denies the charge.
