'As Long As You Love Me' superstar Justin Bieber has revealed that he plans to shock everyone with his exciting new plans.

Earlier this week, on April 9, the Canadian heartthrob teased fans by promising the best music he has ever made and tweeted: "I got some big things planned. Making the best music I have ever made."

He returned to the social networking site earlier this evening (April 11) and explained that he will surprise everyone with what he has in store: "No one knows what Im planning ;)"

TV personality Kelly Osbourne recently spoke out in defence of Bieber, who has had a hard time in the press lately, and told HuffPost Live that he deserves a break: 

"It's not fair, every teenager deserves to make a mistake and to act out and to learn from them. And how can they learn from their mistakes if there's always somebody there to fixit for them and no one there really trying to help them. So in that situation, when it comes to Justin Bieber, I find it really unfair. I think people need to give him a break. If you do something wrong, you pay, but give the kid a break."
