Canadian sensation Justin Bieber has revealed that he looks up to his mother for teaching him life's great lessons. 

Last night, on Mother's Day in America (May 11), the 'As Long As You Love Me' heartthrob explained that Pattie Mallette has shown him how to forgive, how to have strength, and how to have faith. Writing on his official Twitter page, he praised her for being so incredible:

"I love my mamma! @pattiemallette this is our day. Happy Mother's Day. I love you. My mom has taught me how to love, forgive and believe. She is my everything."

Mallette then took to her own social networking page and thanked her son for such a fantastic day, writing: "BEST Mother's day of my life! Thank you @justinbieber you are my heart. My heart is so full!! Thank u 4 all the HappyMothersDay wishes! Xoxo."

Last week, Bieber confessed that he's working on new material and can't wait to share it with his fans because it's nothing like what they'll be expecting him to release: "Been working on some incredible stuff and will share with you soon. No one sees this coming. Always push yourself to be great."
