Justin Bieber's new single 'What Do You Mean?' has topped the Australian chart for a fourth time.

The singer recently released the track as the first tune from his upcoming new album.

It has stormed charts worldwide and the Australian ARIA list has confirmed that the single is No.1 once again in the country.

The song is now certified platinum in Australia and it gave Bieber his first chart-topper in the region.

The Canadian is also due to perform the track this week on X Factor Australia.

Bieber's new album meanwhile is expected to land in November.
