Justin Bieber achieves 2 impressive UK milestones

Canadian sensation Justin Bieber has a reason to celebrate this evening as he has now reached two exciting sales milestones in the United Kingdom. 

The British Phonographic Industry has now confirmed that his latest album 'Purpose' has now been certified Gold in the UK, which means it has sold over 100,000 copies, and the acoustic version of 'Believe' has also gone Silver.

The BPI tweeted the following message:

"Congrats @justinbieber! #PURPOSE has gone Gold in the UK after just 2 weeks! That’s not all #beliebers! The acoustic version of ‘Believe’ by @justinbieber has gone Silver. #bpiAwards."

British girl group Little Mix have also achieved Gold status with their new album 'Get Weird' while One Direction have managed a Gold certification with 'Made In The A.M.' and their single 'Perfect' has gone silver (over 200,000 units shifted).
