Justin Bieber achieves top 3 spots in UK singles chart

Justin Bieber's domination of the UK singles chart has continued for another week.

The Canadian now has the top three tracks in the country.

The Official Charts Company confirmed today (January 8) that his songs 'Love Yourself' and 'Sorry' have stayed put at No.1 and No.2 respectively.

The 21-year-old's 'What Do You Mean' has risen to third spot, with Shawn Mendes' 'Stitches' up eight places to No.4.

It's the first time an artist has secured the top three spots in the UK singles chart.

This week's top five is rounded off by Adele's 'Hello'.

Motörhead's 'Ace Of Spades' has reached No.13 after a fan campaign was launched following the death of founder Lemmy Kilmister in late December.

It beat its original peak of No.15, which was achieved when it was released in 1980.

Major Lazer ft. Nyla’s 'Light It Up' is a big mover this week, moving up 28 places to No.21.
