Justin Bieber replaces himself at top of US singles chart

Justin Bieber has usurped himself at the top of the US singles chart.

The Canadian had been No.1 on the country's Billboard Hot 100 list for three weeks with 'Sorry'.

However, his fellow new track 'Love Yourself' has now risen one place to reach No.1.

Bieber is only the 12th act in the history of the singles chart to replace himself at the top.

Ed Sheeran, who co-wrote 'Love Yourself', is involved with a No.1 single in the US for the first time.

At No.3 on the chart meanwhile is Twenty One Pilots' 'Stressed Out'.

Adele's 'Hello' drops one place to No.4, with the top five completed by Flo Rida's 'My House'.
