David Haye has recalled how he once taught Justin Bieber the basics of boxing.

The singer, who is good friends with leading light Floyd Mayweather, teamed up with Haye for a TV show a number of years ago.

Speaking for Vauxhall's Great British Legends series, Haye said Bieber was a "cool" customer.

He said: "I did a TV show where I had Justin Bieber on it. He was cool, he was young.

"It was a while back. It was about five years ago. I brought him down to my gym and gave him a training session. I interviewed him whilst training."
