The Canadian suffered a scare after hitting his head on glass recently whilst performing in France, fainting backstage afterwards.

Part one of his documentary on his recent worldwide promotion tour was aired last night (June 20) on NBC in the US and it showed the moment he fainted.

He is seen walking down some stairs with his crew and then falling down.

As previously reported, Justin Bieber suffered another embarrassing incident recently after accidentally giving away a music award to a fan.
