Justin Bieber says 'Call Me Maybe' is the "catchiest" song he's ever heard

Canadian superstar Justin Bieber has opened up about the first time he heard Carly Rae Jepsen's 'Call Me Maybe' and described it as the "catchiest" song he's ever heard.

During an interview with NBC, he explained that he was driving with friends when he first came across the track and simply had to know who was singing it:

"I was just like, 'This is probably the most catchiest song I ever heard in my whole life.' Like, 'Who thought of this song?'"

"All my friends in the car, like, 18 year-old guys, singing this song and I'm like, 'Who is this person?' I told Scooter, 'This song is amazing.' I tweeted about it."

Once Bieber discovered it was by Jepsen, he helped expose her music to a global audience and has since collaborated with her on a song that will feature on her forthcoming new album, 'Kiss'.
