Pattie Mallette, the mother of 19-year-old Justin Bieber, has admitted that she's not too keen on the tattoos he's collected over the past few years.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight about the work he has on his body, Mallette explained that there's nothing she can do about it and she doesn't have to be supportive of every decision he makes:

"That's one of those things that I don't necessarily have to like. He's going to make his own decisions."

Bieber unveiled a brand new piece of ink earlier this week in the form of the Greek letter 'Chi'. He is also celebrating his 19th birthday today (March 1) and tweeted a message to his fans that teased he has a "big night ahead", before adding: "Gonna be fun tonight. Thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes. 19!"
