Canadian superstar Justin Bieber visited celebrity tattoo artist Bang Bang in New York recently and got another piece of body art to add to his ever growing collection.

His latest inking is a realistic image of an eye and sharing the image via his official Instagram page earlier today, the 'Boyfriend' heartthrob explained that it's a tribute to his mother, Pattie Mallette: "Moms always watching."

Bang Bang also shared a snapshot of himself posing with Bieber (shown below) and he can be seen pointing at the tattoo. He captioned the image with: "'Eye' got that @justinbieber please believe ya!" Mallette is yet to comment on his new tattoo, but during an interview with 'The View' she admitted that there are times when she doesn't approve of the things he does:

"I think all parents worry about their kids. I don’t necessarily agree with everything that he does, but we talk about things."
