'Justin Bieber has a strong support network', says manager Scooter Braun

During a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Justin Bieber's manager opened up about how other celebrities have reacted to the superstar's recent rocky behaviour.

Bieber has endured a turbulent time over the past year, what with fighting paparazzi, supposedly spitting on fans and bus drug raids, but Scooter Braun explained that he has a strong network of people supporting and encouraging him.

Braun confessed that every time a negative headline surfaces about the 'Boyfriend' superstar, he gets a call from Drake asking about it because the rapper acts as a mentor and source of inspiration to Bieber:

"He'll text me, like, 'What the hell is going with this? I'm pissed. I'm calling him right now. I'm about to go in on him'. Drake is like a big brother to Justin. And Justin really looks up to Drake. They have an extremely special relationship."

Braun added that during a particularly rough patch in the hitmaker's career, Hollywood actor Will Smith drove over to his house and got him out of bed for a heart-to-heart talk: "He said, 'Man, that makes me feel so loved. I woke up, and there's Will Smith, one of, if not the, biggest movie stars on the planet. He took time out of his day for me.'"

"He's telling me: 'Justin's got to go through it. You can't stop him from going through it. That's youth in itself. He's a young man who's growing up, and that's what makes him interesting and relatable. Otherwise, he'd be some kind of weird robot.'
