Justin Timberlake on keeping in shape: "Ignore the catering"

Justin Timberlake has opened up on how to keep in shape whilst filming movies.

The singer turned actor told GQ how he keeps in shape when filming - with his main advice being to "ignore catering".

He also said that working 12-hour days also helps him to burn off the calories. He said:

"You have to ignore the catering. It seems like a pain, but it's really not that hard to monitor your own calories once you get it down."

He said: "Plus, sometimes I can up my intake because I'm working 12-hour days and burning a lot more energy, especially on a movie like In Time, where it was so physical."
