Justin Timberlake's new album on course for UK No.1

'The 20/20 Experience' by Justin Timberlake has shot straight in at No.1 during today's (March 20) midweek albums chart update in the UK.

If the record holds on to the top spot until Sunday, March 24 when the positions are confirmed, this will mark the superstar's third UK No.1 album of his impressive career. His '02 debut offering, 'Justified', and the 2006 follow-up 'FutureSex/LoveSounds' also peaked at the top.

Timberlake's new single, 'Mirrors', is currently at No.2 on the singles chart and his other track, 'Suit & Tie', is up 6 at 14.

Meanwhile, the Motion Picture Cast Recording of 'Les Misérables' has climbed 7 places to No.3, Suede's 'Bloodsports' has made an appearance at 7 this afternoon, and Rihanna's latest album, 'Unapologetic', has dropped 12 to No.36.

Taylor Swift's 'Red' has risen 3 positions to No.24, Dido's comeback album 'Girl Who Got Away' has fallen 8 places to No.20, and Emeli Sande's 'Our Version Of Events' is clinging on to the Top 5 at No.4 after 58 weeks in the chart.
