Kanye West says his new currently untitled album will now not be 'the greatest album ever' but 'one of the greatest albums ever'.

The album may be called 'Wave', 'Swish', 'So Help Me God', no-one knows as he has asked his fans for their opinion.

West tweeted: "Out of respect for Q-Tip, Puff, Hov, Lauren, Pharcyde, Mary, Stevie, Michael, Hendrix, James, Pete Rock, Pac, Marvin....

"This new album is ONE of the greatest albums not the greatest just one of...

"So many musicians touch my life and made me who I am... I want to make something great to honor my idols... (sic)."

Khloe Kardashian, his sister-in-law, recently acknowledged that West was finding it difficult to narrow down the track list as there were so many "genuinely terrific songs". She said: "He has so many songs that we - I act like I'm recording them - that he can't figure out what he wants to put on his album. And they're all genuinely terrific songs.

"He is so passionate. He's like, every bit the meaning of an artist."

The album is expected to be released in February.
