Kate Nash appointed Phoenix magazine's music editor

Kate Nash will be sharing her favourite music with magazine readers after landing a column in a U.K. glossy, Phoeniz.

The Foundations hitmaker has been appointed music editor of the magazine, and bosses of the fashion and culture publication are looking forward to her contribution.

Editor Hannah Kane says, "We are really excited to have Kate as our new music editor. She's intelligent, talented, stylish... and opinionated! Everything you could ask for from a member of your editorial team. I know she'll bring her unique voice to the section, and make sure we are featuring only the best new music talent."

Phoenix is an independently published fashion and culture magazine printed three times a year for London Fashion Week in February and September, and the graduate shows in June.

The first issue featuring Nash will be available from September 15.
