Katy Perry bagged the coveted woman of the year prize at this year's Elle Style Awards.

The fashion magazine held their annual bash last night (February 18) in London.

A host of big names were on hand to attend the event due to the BRITs taking place tonight (February 19) and performer Perry was there to pick up the woman of the year award.

Other music related winners included Lily Allen (UK recording artist female) and Tinie Tempah (UK recording artist male).

Pharrell Williams meanwhile - who has just announced the release of new album 'G I R L' - bagged the international recording artist honour.

Some of the non-music winners included Emma Watson in the actress of the year section and Tom Hiddleston, who pocketed the man of the year prize.
