'Dark Horse' songstress Katy Perry has confessed that while she is single and enjoying her current alone time, she has been having fun trying out an online dating application. 

During a new interview with Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club, the presenter asked the pop sensation if she is unattached at the moment and she replied: "Uh, yes I am, hello...?! I'm really deep on Tinder so I don't have a whole lot of time."

Earlier this week, Perry released her highly anticipated new music video for 'Birthday', which sees her crash various parties while wearing very convincing disguises, and took to her official Twitter page last night (April 24) to ask her fans what parts they liked the best: "So. What did you think? Send me a screen shot of ur fav character or moment & I'll repost bbs & #MakeItLikeYourBirthday errrday."

She recently opened up about her upcoming Prismatic world tour and admitted that this new run of dates will be nothing like the shows she has staged in the past: "I’m very excited because I believe this is my best work yet as far as live performances. It’s going to be just as colourful and fun as before, but it’s obviously not based on candy. It’s grown up. It’s more mature.”
