Katy Perry has expressed her delight at the "insane" opening night of her new world tour.

The singer brought her Prismatic tour to Belfast's Odyssey Arena on Wednesday (May 7) for the jaunt's maiden date.

It seems the show went down well with fans, with Perry tweeted after her performance:

"Um...It feels like we never left! Tonight was INSANE in all the best ways. I have a feeling the light hit everyone!"

Before the show, Perry took to Twitter to post her concert's setlist.

The tracks set to feature on the tour include the massive singles 'Roar' and 'Firework', as well as the likes of 'The One That Got Away' and 'Hot N Cold'.
