Footage has emerged of a colourful interlude video from Katy Perry’s current world tour.

The ‘Birthday’ star commenced her Prismatic world tour in Belfast earlier this week.

Whilst the set list sees Perry singing many of her biggest hits – including ‘Roar’, ‘I Kissed A Girl’ and ‘Teenage Dream’ – the American pop princess has also created visuals to intersperse her songs.

Footage of one particular video has now appeared online and shows Katy Perry dribbling neon coloured paint (see video below).

Dressed in a white crop top and trousers and housed in a white room, Perry then emits green, blue and orange paint from her mouth before being splattered by a rain of colour.

29-year-old Perry’s artsy film comes months after Lady Gaga drew criticism for allowing vomit artist Millie Brown to throw up paint onto her as part of her SXSW performance.
