Katy Perry has charted highly on a list of the world's best dressed women.

Glamour magazine have just released their annual female fashion list and it sees a host of big name stars feature.

At No.1 is actress Jennifer Lawrence, with Lupita Nyong’o and Kristen Stewart following.

Perry is the highest-placed music star on the list at No.8, with Lady Gaga the second best at No.11.

Beyoncé comes in at No.12, Jennifer Lopez is No.13 and Florence Welch sits at No.14.

Other music related names on the list include Lana Del Rey (No.26), Jessie J (No.32) and Rita Ora (No.38).

Speaking meanwhile about the list's top lady Lawrence, Glamour commented:

"It's not just what she wears, it's how she wears it. J-Law makes a Dior gown look as comfy as sweatpants, and wears the hell out of both."
