Katy Perry will voice the character of Smurfette in the forthcoming 'The Smurfs' movie and has revealed that there will be a special event at London's O2 Arena to celebrate it. 

In a special promotional video, the 'Teenage Dream' star introduces the newly unveiled full-length trailer for the feature film and gave details about the exciting event:

"Do you know that June 25 is global Smurfs day? And to celebrate, there will be a special event at London's O2 Arena in the UK. All are welcome to come and join in on the fun!"

"You can catch 'The Smurfs' in 3D in cinemas on August 10!"
