Katy Perry and John Mayer worry about being too "touchy feely"

Katy Perry has admitted that she and John Mayer are unsure about how to hold themselves as they promote their new duet.

The two lovers recently teamed up for the track 'Who You Love' for Mayer's new album 'Paradise Valley'.

On Tuesday (December 17) they released a video for the track and they appeared on Good Morning America to promote the single.

However, it seems the duo are confused as to how they should come across when appearing in public together, with thoughts of being too sickly sweet in the back of their minds.

Perry said: "We don't quite know what kind of body language we're supposed to be exhibiting. You get too close it's a little too touchy feely and you get too far away and people say 'I don't see chemistry'."

Speaking meanwhile about the song's video, which features a mechanical bull, the 'Prism' star added: "Relationships are kind of like riding a bull. You hang on for dear life. Sometimes you get a little buck here and there and sometimes you get things thrown at you but you get back on."
