Songstress Kelly Clarkson has just dropped her new single 'Heartbeat Song' and she opened up about her forthcoming new album during an interview with Elvis Duran. 

Speaking about her new record, which she confirmed is entitled 'Piece By Piece', she explained that its release is only a few months away and she has been working on a plan for an accompanying series of live dates:

"I'm pretty sure it's the first week of March... it's called 'Piece By Piece'. We actually have a tour planned and in the works, starting in the summer of 2015!"

Clarkson, meanwhile, also spoke to Ryan Seacrest about her highly anticipated new record and teased that it boasts a collaboration with a male artist that she has worked with in the past: “He is super talented and we’ve worked together before. The song is really cool as well. I got this song and it was actually written as a solo, and I was like, ‘It would be so much darker if it was duet.’ I don’t want to give it away."
