Kelly Clarkson: 'I'm not going to lie and say I don't have help raising my baby'

'Heartbeat Song' hitmaker Kelly Clarkson has revealed that she's tired of celebrity families pretending they take full care of their kids and has opened up about the fact that she has a nanny for her baby daughter, River Rose.

During a new interview with the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show, the superstar explained that she needs a bit of extra help raising her baby and there's nothing wrong with that:

"I'm not going to lie and be like one of those... I always see famous people being like, 'No, it's not hard at all.' Well that's because we have nannies people! I'm not going to lie, because I grew up in a family where my mom raised three children by herself."

"You know, I'm rocking a very comforted situation. And I'm happy for that because I'm able to do both. Don't you just hate... I know moms out there just want to like slap celebrities when they're like, 'Oh no it's just so easy, I do everything myself.' I'm like, 'No you don't. Where's your kid right now? Who's watching them right now?'"
