Kelly Clarkson on being unapologetically strong: 'I just don't give a s**t anymore'

Songstress Kelly Clarkson has revealed that she has grown more comfortable in her own skin over the past few years and doesn't feel as though she needs to apologise for how she choses to act anymore.

During a new video interview with Digital Spy, the 'Catch My Breath' sensation explained that being a strong woman is difficult because more often than not, your strength and confidence is mistaken for a bad attitude:

"If you're confident and ballsy, you're a bitch... if I were a man it would be considered bold and confident. It's not, unfortunately, if you're a woman. That hasn't changed - it's still the same as it was in the fifties and that's how it was when I was 19. The difference between that and now is that I just don't give a s**t anymore."

The star also admitted that she is aiming for a UK tour this fall: "We're actually aiming for November. We do America until October, Canada in October and then planning on coming here in November. Well, hopefully, because I'm planning on being pregnant very soon after that! So hopefully I get here."
