‘Fashion Police’ co-host Kelly Osbourne has praised the multi-purpose natural product coconut oil and explained to her fans that they should start using it as not only a beauty product, but as a healthy appetite suppressant.

Writing on her official blog recently, the lavender-haired star admitted that she applies the oil to her cheekbones when giving her make-up a glossy finish and also uses it as a replacement for olive oil and vegetable oil when cooking:

“Ladies, here's an amazing trick. Use the oil to highlight your cheekbones over your makeup. Less is more. A little of it goes a long way! At the end of your day, use the oil to also remove the excess makeup. This is an all-in-one GIFT FROM THE GODS!"

She added: "Have you been looking to burn more fat? This curbs your appetite to give you more energy! It doesn't stop there. Cook with the damn thing at a high temperature as a healthy alternative to using vegetable or canola oil. Try it. Love it. THANK ME LATERRR!! (sic)”

Earlier this week, Osbourne shared a photograph of herself posing with a cute dog with her followers on Instagram and told them that she has partnered with Petsmart for a new animal clothing project: “The secret is out!
