Kelly Osbourne's pet Pomeranian, Noodles, had to be put down earlier this week after having a seizure that caused a pre-existing brain defect to flare up. 

On June 14, the 26-year-old star took to her social networking page on Twitter and told her fans that something was wrong with her dog:

"My poor baby girl noodles is sick she had a seizure & they don't know why I'm taking her to see a specialist 2 hours away for a brain scan :("

"I can't even look at my baby girl with out crying she just looks so sick and helpless ;("

One day later, she revealed that Noodles had to be put down:

"noodles is not going to make it. she was born with a brain defect and i have to put her to sleep today im devastated. i just cant believe it"

"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal."
